I feel that i have to say this, as I see some people get anxiety or panic or feel that there is something seriously wrong with them. If you have any physical ailments, please know that mental stress contributes to the condition of them and the stagnation of the ailments. If you have a tootheache, and you go and talk to your ex boyfriend who abused you, how is that going to help your healing progress? Well, as long as you see that your not getting better, try to write down all the things, people or places that dont really make you feel good, or bring a smile to your face. You want to heal, so why arent you healing? Your giving to so many people, your are honest to your loved ones, your helping as much as possible, but your own ailments are still there. Well, rid the negativity, the people who dont appreciate you, block them from your personal circle. You can love from a distance, it wont make you a bad person or give you bad karma, because you do not want to get drained one more day.

Separate the things that make you feel good to bad, clean out the closet, change the house around, delete messages, dont visit social sites that do not care about you, or why give to someone who wont acknowledge your existence? You want to teach or heal, but dont you want to teach people who are willing to be students? Dont you want to see progress, and see the benefits of healing people who really accept your gifts, your love, your self worth? There is one thing to act out a past issue, and keep talking to people who are not on the same page as you. Yes its called empathy, but what good is that empathy doing for you? Are you getting the job that you want?, are you getting ahead in your bills? are you focused better? are you taking the long walk that you planned but cast it to the side, because you are depressed? Well, you know that you are the leader of your own path. No one is to blame, but if you keep doing something and its not working or getting results, then CHANGE IT. Actions have to match words have to match feelings have to match thoughts.

Be Self loving, then disburse your energy, be selfish and pamper yourself to gain more confidence and strength. Wearing others negative emotions or ailments of people who dont want to take care of themselves or change; will only drain you.

I am and will always be a giver, I will never change. But I will give to those who appreciate me, treat me with kindness, and respect me. If that is conditional, then so be it. But as a healer, I will be around only people who are on the same page as me and will include those who are in my circle of friends and family because we click and are on the same wavelength. This has to do with JOBS, business partners, family, friends , lovers. Every aspect of your life, and you will manifest your dreams, your goals, and will accomplish them with the Positive energy that you exude from LOVING yourself.

1. You change the subject and talk about someone totally irrelevant to the topic and just rattle off information about a person. Suddenly moments later, the phone rings and its that person!

2. When your taking a shower and you have soap in the eyes, and you feel like you have to keep one eye open. (there is a spirit in the room) or you have been watching too many horror movies. HaHa

3. One minute your in a great mood, and then suddenly after talking to someone in person or on phone, email, text etc. ; your mood changes and you become the emotions of the person.

4. If you pick up an object and you get into a trance and feel the history or story of the object.

5. If you walk into a room confidently, and then suddenly you feel insecure.

6. A high energy animal is running around, and when you touch it; it falls asleep on your lap.

7. You are constantly spending money and then an unexpected slew of cash comes in.

8. When you worry about not paying a bill, and then suddenly you get a discnnect notice, pre-cog!

9. You feel like you have been to a location, when you have never physically been there before

10. You become nervous and get anxiety when someone is lieing.

11. You are completely healthy, and when you sit next to a person with a bad back, then you suddenly have a bad back!

12. When you enter a house, and hairs that you never knew existed are standing on your arms and neck. Also, if your heart is pounding and you want to run for it.

These are just some of the things that happened to me, while I began to develop my psychic abilities.

If any of you can relate, and you dont know what to do when these events occur; just ACCEPT, PRACTICE and Get Confirmations as often as possible. Say it isnt you when it comes to the negative and emotional physical ailments, and try to snap out of the zone or trance by eating good, sleeping good, and excercise. Keep up with your basics, and you wont be a walking psychic sponge.

2. Your friends, family and even co-workers, Cringe, make a fake vomit noise, walk away, or ignore you when you bring up the name of that not so special someone. Really now, if no one likes him or her, how can you not go with what everyone feels. They feel how you feel, your just blinded or numb to it, and that is major denial.

3. Absolutely 100% definition of MISER, no financial support and or Stingyness to the extreme.

4. Abuse, physical, emotional, or verbal. Abuse is abuse.

That is my top 4 of intuitive or logical hints and tips on how to detect a cheater. Think of it this way, if all 4 of these hints are going on in your household, and your not packing or running out the door; I give you energy.

But when you do get the courage and cajones to leave and walk out that door, or kick the person out, or just cut the chord; your doing him a favor so that he can meet his cheating soulmate.
